exercise in pain

Balthasar: MUNCHAUSEN SYNDROME is an attention-seeking personality disorder in which an EMOTIONALLY IMMATURE person with narcissistic tendencies, low self-esteem and a fragile ego has an overwhelming need to draw attention to himself and to be the centre of attention.
BULLYING is a persistent unwelcome behaviour, mostly using unwarranted or invalid criticism, nit-picking, fault-finding, excessive monitoring, having verbal and written warnings imposed, and much more.
The purpose of bullying is to hide inadequacy. Bullying has nothing to do with managing. Anyone who chooses to bully is admitting his inadequacy, and the extent to which a person bullies is a measure of their inadequacy. Bullies project their inadequacy on to others:
a) to avoid facing up to their inadequacy and doing something about it;
b) to reduce their fear of being seen for what they are, namely a weak, inadequate and often incompetent individuals, and,
c) to divert attention away from their inadequacy.

>are you trying to impress people that you know psychological terms?
if that is your intention, better do your research properly
in order not to embarass your kind.
Munchausen syndrome is a type of factitious disorder, a mental
illness in which a person repeatedly acts as if he or she has a physical or
mental illness when he or she is not really sick. They are even willing to
undergo painful or risky tests and operations in order to get the sympathy
and special attention given to people who are truly ill.
And bullying involves a pattern of repeated aggressive behavior with
negative intent directed from one child to another where there is a power
difference. Note the phrase power difference and
realize that there is no such thing in this forum.
why don't you just admit that you really don't know anything?

Balthasar: BULLYING has been around for quite sometime, but modern technologies have both broadened its venues and cloaked its PRACTITIONERS.
Instant messaging, cell phones and e-mail let bullies chase their victims into their homes and offices, mock them anonymously, or slander them with a single mouse click.
According to research, CYBER BULLYERS are generally INSANE STRANGERS who suffer from ATTENTION-SEEKING PERSONALITY DISORDER.
BULLYING is as real a problem online as it is in real life. In fact, the Internet brings out the worst in CYBER BULLYERS because they can be FACELESS, NAMELESS and (sometimes) UNFINDABLE. Chat rooms, message boards and e-mail are all used and abused by Internet bullies every day.
